The app

Ticket Studio stores guest lists, ticket designs and settings in a local database on your device. There is no account, no server of the provider, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party code. The provider receives none of this data.

Camera

Used in the scanner only, to read QR codes. No images are stored or transmitted.

E-mail delivery

Tickets are sent through the SMTP server you enter yourself. The recipients’ e-mail addresses and the ticket files go to your mail provider. The SMTP password is kept in the device’s keychain.

Other doors (local network)

If you switch the feature on, your devices exchange the guest list of the open event directly with each other, over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The connection is encrypted, there is no server in between, and nothing leaves your devices. iOS asks for local network permission for this.

Sharing

When you share a ticket as a picture, you hand it to the app you choose, such as Messages or WhatsApp. From there, their privacy information applies.

Purchases and crash reports

Purchases are handled by Apple; the provider learns that a sale took place, not who bought. Crash reports reach the provider only if you have agreed to share them with developers in the iOS Settings, and then through Apple without your identity.

Your guests

As an organizer you are responsible yourself for the data of your guests that you store and send with the app.

This website

When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser information, as far as the hosting provider (Goneo) supplies it; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties and has no contact form. E-mail to mail@conradknorr.de is used to answer you and deleted once the matter is closed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the app transmits no data to the provider, in practice this concerns only e-mail you send yourself.
