These terms apply to all orders placed via ticket-studio.de. We do not accept conflicting terms unless explicitly agreed.

The contract covers the Ticket Studio desktop app and the WordPress plugin as digital content. You receive a single, non-transferable license per organizer.
Orders are placed via the website form. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or provide the license.
Prices shown on the website apply. Payment is made by bank transfer unless another method is stated. The invoice is sent by email.
Delivery is digital via download link or email after payment, unless automated delivery is enabled.
Support is provided by email within reasonable limits. Updates and fixes are provided at our discretion.
Statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, defects must be reported without undue delay.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content, the right expires once performance has begun after the consumer's explicit consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right.
German law applies. Where permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office.
